Nigeria Air Force Recruitment

The Air Force base has a procedure by which it recruits her personnel. There are three branches in the Nigerian Forces: the military, the navy, and the air force. These three branches have different ways of admitting and screening members in and out of their system. However, we are going to be going at ways the Nigerian Air Force recruits her personnel.

The recruitment system of the Nigerian Air Force varies; it does not have a rigid way of recruiting personnel; they recruit according to the needs per-time. They could do graduate recruitment, which means they are in need of educated folks to fill in offices and to do some paper work. They can also do general recruitment for both skilled and unskilled labor. Someone will ask what is skilled and unskilled labor? For skilled labor, it means that they are looking for technocrats—men and when that can analyze problems and coffer solutions to them, men and women of a sound mind. On the other hand, unskilled labor can be seen as those recruited for the sole purpose of war, personal guard, and other positions that only require strength and physical power.
